India: “Krishna condemns Melbourne attack”

“Foreign minister S M Krishna on Sunday strongly condemned the brutal attack on an Indian student in Melbourne, Nitin Garg, which led to his death after being stabbed in the abdomen.   Krishna called on the Australian authorities to speedily [arrest] book those responsible for the crime. Garg died later in the Royal Melbourne Hospital.   This is the first fatality in a series of attacks [in Australia] on Indian students in recent months”
